Key information about orders and delivery

• Delivery area: we deliver to the whole of the United Kingdom.
• Order cut-off: orders placed before 16:00 CET (15:00 UK time) are processed the same working day.
• Processing time: usually 1–2 days (Monday–Saturday) from order confirmation.
• Transit time: 4–6 days (Monday–Saturday).
• Total delivery time: from placing your order to delivery usually takes 5–8 working days.
• Order updates: once you've placed your order you'll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. When your order is dispatched you'll receive another email with your tracking details.
• Delivery cost: free delivery on every order. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Possible delays
We do our best to deliver on time, but delays can occur for reasons outside our control, such as carrier issues, customs processing or busy peak periods.

If your parcel is late, please allow an extra 3 working days. If it still hasn't arrived after that, contact us at info@mikavaro.com so we can look into it for you.

Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@mikavaro.com. An order can only be cancelled before it has been processed and dispatched. Once your order has been delivered, you can still cancel within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, or return it within our 30-day return window, by following the procedure in our Returns & refund policy.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us straight away at info@mikavaro.com, attaching clear photos of the problem. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or send the correct item at no extra cost to you.
